That's looks like an old Schwinn Stingray, back when they still made them in Chicago. I remember touring the factory when I was in Cub Scouts back in the early 70's. And I actually owned a Schwinn Stingray, but without the pimped sissy bar.

I did too, it was red and yellow! Everyone moved into BMX-style bikes right after that and I was still rocking the banana seat. That sounds dirty.

I had... something. With that same style frame, banana seat, raked handlebars, forgot what color it was when I got it, but me and my dad painted it primer red with plans to change the color someday. Never did. Loved that bike, got it for free too. Can't find them now for less than $200, all ratted and rusty.
